4am Television Programming

I understand, generally speaking, most ppl don't keep such late hours (early in my situation this morning).  I have a problem sleeping & I am often up at odd hours.  But why does tv suck this early in the morning? Not everybody shuts down at 11pm!

    LOL, I know! On the very few occasions I am up at that hour, the programming is appalling. That's why I love Tivo!!! I hope you got to sleep eventually.
